Completing the 30 Hubs in 30 Days Challenge
75Challenge Accepted 30 Days Ago
March 12, 2010
Thirty days ago I accepted a challenge from fellow Hubber Darlene Sabella to write and publish 30 Hubs in 30 Days.
With some trepidation I accepted. As I stated in a Hub that I published on the fifth day of the Challenge, I was concerned about having enough time to write that many Hubs that fast as I was busy with other projects and work.
Since I had already accepted the Challenge, I didn't feel I could back out but also didn't want to fail at this. So, I decided to get my family to help me.
Hub 30 for 30 Hubs in 30 Days Challenge
Chika Wastes No Time in Resigning
Today is the 30th Day and This is Our 30th Hub
That left our little chihuahua, Chika as my only other option for help. Of course she agreed to help me as I am the one who feeds her. So, Chika became my assistant for the 30 Day Challenge.
Since I began the Challenge with my Hub entitled Honoring Dogs During Chinese New Year Festival with Chika posing for the pictures in that Hub.
It has been quite a month as I have been writing and publishing at a furious pace.
Chika, meanwhile, has been enjoying all of the praise she has been receiving, in the Comments section of the Hubs I have published, for her writing!
However, it has been fun working with Chika.
She looks very professional sitting in front of a computer even though she doesn't have a clue as to what to do with it.
But, as I said in my Hub, Thirty Hubs in Thirty Days Challenge - 5 Days and 10 Hubs Left, what Chika lacks in writing skills she more than makes up in modeling skills.
So, while I have been writing, Chika has been entertaining everyone with her pictures.

Chika Collects Her Pay and Quits
Well, this evening the thirty days are up and this is my 30th Hub, and I no longer need an assistant.
So, Chika and I ended our publishing relationship. Chika gave me her letter of resignation, and I paid her for her help.
We then celebrated with some pizza and Guinness Stout (St. Patrick's Day is only 5 days away).
I plan on spending the weekend relaxing with my wife and Chika has already taken off to her tropical hideaway to unwind.

Chika is quite a talented dog! My dog Darwin is quite the thinker, but for the life of me, I can't get him to commit anything to print! I'm impressed with anyone (man or beastie) who can do 30hubs in 30 days. Huzzah!
That's priceless. Thanx for your contribution!!! Stellar.
Congratulations! Now I need to go and read the hubs you wrote.
LOL :) :)
Well Done Chuck..and Chika of course
Chika's performance inspired me to join up with HP. I am so jealous of your pizza and beer party. All Marie and Leo ever let me have is Organic Dog Food. But I'm perfecting my grab and go technique for burgers off the picnic table. I just love BBQ season!
I had heard about this page from another hubber. I'm new and have enjoyed reading this article. Thanks.
Wow - what a huge goal! Don't think I am up to that level. Maybe if you loan me the adorable dog!
Well done, Chuck, you're the man. May challenge myself to do the same one day. Wonder if my Chihuahua is interested?
I heart about this challenge through Keyword Academy. You are very brave to take this on, but will definitely benefit financially. You dog is adorable! It was such a nice touch to put her in the hub.
Wow, 30 hubs in 30 days is pretty impressive! Congratulations, and sorry about your dog :)
I thought you must have a good name for your dog. 30hubs in 30days, hard for me.
Congratulations... i really liked the pics.
You have a lovely dog..
Congratulations! You DID it!!!! I knew you would.
Lol, the puppy pics are too funny. Looks like thats a spoiled little pup!
I really liked this one...Haha. Good job.
Congratulations for completing 30 hubs, you are an achiever. I wish I had enough time to read and keep up to date. Will try hard to keep up. Loved the imagination in taking the snaps.
Congrats on setting your goal and achieving it. Great photos of your collaborator.
Chika is very cute and congratulations on writing 30 Hubs together.
Well done Chuck and Chika!
good job Chuck! cute dog there!
Congratulations Chuck. I am on the 30 day challenge with the March awareness contest going on here. If you get a chance to visit any of mine to cheer me on that would be great. Love your dog photos.
Congrats Chuck
Congratulations! Unfortunately your help resigned as I guess you overworked the poor little fellow. Your pictures are adorable. Good hub.
Big mistake, you should have laid off Chika instead of letting her quit. She could have joined the chronically unemployed and could be living on easy street for two years, while you continue to work on your hubs. I am sure that the bureaucrats would never have checked her birth certificate.
Congrats on your achievement. Have a beer for me.
Quite an accomplishment! And the photos are great!
Congrats Chuck. I like Chika's pictures. Maybe I should get a partner in crime too to help me write the 30 hubs in 30 days :).
lmao...Chika worked so hard!! She deserved a little tranquility! :) Congrats on your 30 hubs in 30 days!
Chuck, congrats on accomplishing your goal. This one has been my favorite. I will bookmark it so I can go back and enjoy it again.
Hilarious usual Chuck - and he adorable Chika certainly deserves that break!
I hope you get one, too ;)
CONGRAT'S My Friend Chuck, we did it... I hope you had fun and now enjoy your beer, you wrote such fantastic articles during this challanged that I am most impressed, but I also quit....now share that pizza and beer. Thanks for being such a great partner. Darlene
